Hyper-V Consultant, Security Cleared, Deploy/Configure, Cheshire, ASAP, £Good

We are looking for an experienced SC Cleared Hyper-V Consultant to support the deployment and validation of a new Microsoft Hyper-V environment. Working alongside the customer's technical team, you will assist with the implementation, testing and handover of a highly available Hyper-V infrastructure.

You must be SC Cleared in order to be considered for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Deploy and configure Hyper-V hosts
Configure virtual Switches and networking
Validate storage connectivity
Build and configure Windows Failover Clusters
Configure cluster quorum
Create and test virtual machines
Demonstrate VM failover between hosts
Configure and validate Hyper-V Replica
Troubleshoot deployment issues
Deliver documentation and knowledge transfer

Essential Experience:

Strong Hyper-V administration and deployment experience
Windows Server and Failover Clustering expertise
Enterprise networking knowledge
Shared storage/SAN experience
Hyper-V Replica and disaster recovery experience
Previous infrastructure implementation consultancy experience
