Graduate Business Associate - (Chief of Staff Track)

Graduate Business Associate (Chief of Staff Track)

£40,000 base salary | London | Well-funded tech startup

We are a fast-growing, well-funded technology startup backed by experienced founders and serious investors. We are now hiring an exceptional graduate to join the business in a high-impact, all-round role working directly with senior leadership.

This is not a traditional graduate scheme. It is a hands-on opportunity to learn how a modern tech company is built, from the inside, at speed.

The role

You will work across the core functions of the business, supporting and learning from founders and senior leaders. The role is best described as a junior Chief of Staff or Business Associate position.

Your exposure will include:

  • Supporting go-to-market activity across marketing, partnerships and sales
  • Working with the product and tech team on launches, testing and iteration
  • Helping analyse performance, user behaviour and commercial metrics
  • Getting involved in operations, strategy, hiring and investor-facing work
  • Picking up problems that need solving and owning them end to end

No two weeks will look the same. You will be trusted early and given real responsibility.

Who this is for

We are looking for a graduate with genuine curiosity, drive and ambition. Someone who wants to learn fast, take ownership and build a career in tech or startups.

You might be a great fit if you:

  • Are a strong academic performer or have shown exceptional initiative outside university
  • Are comfortable switching between commercial, creative and analytical work
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with different types of people
  • Enjoy ambiguity and moving quickly rather than waiting for instructions
  • Ultimately want to become a founder, operator, product leader or investor

Experience in marketing, sales, coding, consulting or startups is helpful but not essential. Attitude and potential matter more.

What you get
  • £40,000 starting salary
  • Direct exposure to founders and senior decision-making
  • Accelerated learning across marketing, sales, tech and strategy
  • A clear progression path as the company scales
  • A front-row seat in a high-growth tech business

This is a rare opportunity for someone early in their career to compress years of learning into a very short space of time, while being paid well to do it.

If you are ambitious, adaptable and want to build something meaningful, we would love to hear from you.
