We’re seeking an experienced IT Manager to take full ownership of our technology environment, drive continuous improvement, and ensure our systems run at peak performance. This is a unique opportunity to lead IT operations without the commute, working 100% remotely while delivering impact across the business.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee and manage all IT systems, infrastructure, and security
• Lead and mentor a small IT support team (remote)
• Partner with stakeholders to align IT strategy with business goals
• Drive technology upgrades, improvements, and automation initiatives
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee budgets
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, GDPR, and security standards

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in IT management or senior IT leadership
• Strong knowledge of networks, cloud services (Azure/M365), and cybersecurity best practices
• Track record of delivering IT projects on time and within budget
• Excellent communication skills with a collaborative approach
• Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment
