Project Manager - Business Systems Integration - outside IR35
Location: York (Hybrid – 2–3 days per week)

My client, a leading business services group, is undergoing a significant acquisition and business transformation programme and are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to oversee the implementation of several core business applications.
Working as part of the wider integration programme, you'll be responsible for coordinating the delivery of key SaaS platforms, including NetSuite, HubSpot and Saliga, ensuring third-party implementation partners deliver successfully while keeping business stakeholders aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
This is an excellent opportunity for a delivery-focused Project Manager with experience leading enterprise application implementations and managing multiple vendors within a fast-paced transformation environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the successful delivery of multiple business application implementation projects.
- Manage third-party implementation partners, ensuring delivery against agreed scope, timelines and budget.
- Coordinate the implementation of platforms including NetSuite, HubSpot and Saliga.
- Build and maintain integrated project plans across multiple workstreams.
- Manage project governance, RAID logs, reporting and stakeholder communications.
- Work closely with Finance, Sales, Operations and IT teams to ensure business requirements are understood and delivered.
- Coordinate testing, cutover planning, go-live activities and business readiness.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues and dependencies.
- Support the wider acquisition and integration programme through effective project delivery.
- Demonstrable experience delivering ERP, CRM or SaaS implementation projects.
- Proven experience managing third-party vendors, systems integrators or implementation partners.
- Experience delivering projects involving platforms such as NetSuite, HubSpot, Saliga or similar enterprise applications.
- Previous experience working on acquisitions, business integrations, carve-outs or transformation programmes is highly desirable.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage at all levels of the business.
- Strong planning, governance, risk management and delivery expertise.
- Outside IR35 contract.
- Initial 6-month engagement with strong potential for extension.
- Hybrid working from York (2–3 days per week).
