We are supporting a leading international organisation undergoing a major Treasury transformation programme and are seeking an experienced TMS Implementation Lead to oversee the delivery of a global Treasury Management System implementation.

This is a high-profile contract role requiring a strong blend of Treasury knowledge, systems implementation experience and stakeholder management capability. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the implementation, optimisation and integration of the new TMS environment across a complex multinational business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of a Treasury Management System across the organisation
  • Act as the primary liaison between Treasury, Finance, Technology and external vendors
  • Manage implementation timelines, deliverables, testing and go-live activities
  • Review and optimise Treasury processes, controls and workflows
  • Support configuration and integration activities including banking connectivity, payments and reporting
  • Coordinate UAT, training and change management activities across Treasury and Finance teams
  • Ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy and successful migration of Treasury activities into the new platform
  • Support automation and process improvement initiatives within Treasury operations
  • Provide regular project updates to senior stakeholders and leadership teams

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience leading Treasury Management System implementations within multinational organisations
  • Strong Treasury background across cash management, liquidity, payments and Treasury operations
  • Experience with leading TMS platforms such as Kyriba, FIS Integrity, Quantum, Reval or SAP Treasury
  • Strong understanding of Treasury workflows, controls and banking connectivity including SWIFT
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across Finance, Treasury and Technology functions
  • Strong project management and delivery capability within complex environments
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
