Treasury Consultant – Leading Treasury Management System (TMS) Provider

We are working with a large, market-leading Treasury Management System (TMS) provider that is looking to hire a Treasury Consultant to support the delivery and optimisation of treasury technology solutions for a global client base. This is a fantastic opportunity for a treasury professional to move into a client-facing, advisory role at the intersection of treasury and technology.

The Opportunity

This role offers exposure to a wide range of corporates, from large multinationals to FTSE-listed businesses, helping them transform and modernise their treasury functions. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through TMS implementations, upgrades, and process improvements, while working closely with internal product, technology, and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end TMS implementations, configurations, and upgrades
• Gather and translate client treasury requirements into system solutions
• Advise clients on best practice across cash management, liquidity, FX, and risk management
• Deliver workshops, system training, and user support
• Work closely with internal teams to enhance product functionality and client outcomes
• Build strong, long-term relationships with treasury teams and senior stakeholders

About You

• Hands-on treasury experience within a large corporate, bank, or consultancy
• Strong understanding of treasury processes including cash management, forecasting, FX, and payments
• Experience with TMS platforms (e.g. Kyriba, FIS, SAP Treasury, Quantum, Wallstreet, or similar)
• Confident communicator who enjoys client-facing work
• Strong problem-solving mindset with an interest in technology and transformation
