They work with FTSE 100/250 employers across a range of sectors in the UK and US to fill white-collar roles faster and at a fraction of the cost of traditional agencies.

Their matching algorithms are trained by working recruiters - not generic AI and they have over 100,000 candidates on the platform already.

The role

Were hiring Sales Executives to scale the UK enterprise sales motion. Youll be the engine of their growth opening new accounts through outbound cold calling, converting prospects through high-quality in-person meetings, and managing the relationships that turn first deals into long-term subscriptions.

This is a hands-on, hunter-led role working directly with the founder, with significant earning potential. Ideal for someone who wants to be a meaningful early hire in a fast-growing B2B vertical AI business with strong existing traction.

Key responsibilities
  • Cold-call senior HR, Head of Talent, COO, CFO and CEO contacts at UK mid-market and enterprise companies
  • Book and conduct in-person discovery and demo meetings with target prospects
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first contact through to closed-won
  • Sell the subscription model (£1518k per slot per year, with multi-slot deals the norm for larger clients)
  • Build and maintain client relationships through onboarding, working alongside our Candidate Success team
  • Represent the business at industry events, in-person networking, and on social media
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data in the CRM
  • Provide market feedback to product and leadership teams
What were looking for

Essential

  • 24+ years of B2B or services sales experience
  • Demonstrable track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong cold-calling and outbound prospecting skills genuinely comfortable picking up the phone
  • Confident in face-to-face meetings with senior stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • UK-based, willing to travel for client meetings (London-centric, but UK-wide where needed)
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, early-stage environment

Nice to have

  • Existing relationships with HR, Talent or operations leaders at UK mid-market companies
  • Previous experience selling SaaS subscriptions in the £1050k ACV range
  • Background in recruitment, RPO or HR tech sales
  • Experience at an early-stage company
Compensation
  • Base salary: £30,000£40,000 depending on experience
  • Uncapped commission
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Hybrid working after probation: London office or home-based, with regular client travel
