Main duties of the job
As the Digital & Projects Administrator, you will play a vital role in the Companys DD&T Team responsible for project administrative support and other key activities, contributing to the success of the team in delivering a high-quality service to all stakeholders.
You will update and maintain project trackers, actions and agendas, help create and monitor the governance framework for project delivery, and generally support the DD&T team by providing an effective and efficient administrative service.
You will also be expected to use your system and administration skills tosupport across the Company, to ensure digital service continuity that supports theCompany in driving forward.

Person Specification
Experience
- Strong general administrative skills and experience (at least 2-years)
- Keen attention to detail, with strong numeracy skills
- Excellent IT skills, confident using Office365 package (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Experience of working in a project delivery environment
- Experience updating & maintaining project management documents for planning, risk, budget, and related governance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Prince2 based project methodologies.
- Experience of working withing a Property/Public Health environment
- Experience of working within a Digital team
- Experience of providing administrative support to a diverse team
Qualifications
- A relevant professional qualification or Qualified by Experience.
