Multiple Roles (2–3 Contractors Required)
Community Partners is working with an NHS organisation in the Midlands that is strengthening its Data & Business Intelligence capability in their EPR Programme and is now seeking 2-3 experienced Data Warehouse Specialists to join on an initial 4+ month contract, with scope to extend.
These roles sit at the heart of a fast-moving delivery team and will suit contractors who enjoy working at pace, multitasking across priorities and getting properly stuck into delivery objectives.
What Really Matters in These RolesWhile strong technical capability is essential, communication and engagement skills are absolutely critical.
You will be expected to:
- Engage confidently with a wide range of stakeholders (technical & non-technical)
- Explain complex data concepts clearly and pragmatically
- Work collaboratively as part of a delivery-focused team
- Juggle multiple workstreams without losing momentum
- Operate effectively in a pressured, time-bound NHS environment
This is not a "back-room" data role, it's hands-on, visible and delivery-led.
You'll support the ongoing development and stability of an enterprise Data Warehouse and BI environment, contributing immediately to operational and clinical intelligence delivery.
Key activities include:
- Building, enhancing, and maintaining Data Warehouse structures
- Designing and supporting ETL pipelines and data integrations
- Supporting BI reporting and ad-hoc data requests
- Running data quality checks, validation, and assurance
- Working closely with analysts, clinicians and information teams
- Supporting statutory and operational data flows
We're looking for delivery-focused contractors who bring energy, adaptability, and strong people skills alongside technical depth.
You'll ideally have:
- Proven experience in Data Warehousing (enterprise-scale)
- Strong SQL and Microsoft SQL Server / SSIS experience
- Confidence working in fast-paced, multi-priority environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A team-first mindset — collaborative, pragmatic, and proactive
- Experience in the NHS EPR Programmes or similarly regulated environments (desirable, not essential)
- Contract length: 4+ months (initial)
- Status: Outside IR35
- Day rate: Excellent, market-leading
- 1 day per week on-site (Midlands) / 4 days remote
- Start: ASAP
- Openings: 2–3 contractors required
