As part of this journey, we’re looking for an experienced Change Lead to play a pivotal role in delivering enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that will shape the future of the organisation.

The Role

Reporting into the Head of Transformation Programme Delivery, the Change Lead will act as the subject matter expert for change management across multiple large-scale programmes. You’ll lead the change agenda end-to-end, embedding best-practice methodologies, driving adoption of new technologies and ways of working, and ensuring the business is fully prepared for both operational and cultural change.

You’ll work as a core member of programme delivery teams, defining the journey from as-is to to-be, assessing change readiness, and building robust action plans across diverse stakeholder groups. A key part of the role will be creating and leading a network of Change and Engagement Champions to support successful adoption across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and own change management methodologies across all stages of programme delivery, aligned to enterprise transformation objectives
  • Provide expert change guidance to senior stakeholders, programme leads, and delivery teams
  • Develop and implement enterprise-level change frameworks, tools, and best practices (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR)
  • Drive adoption of new technology platforms and operational processes with minimal business disruption
  • Act as a visible champion of change, driving engagement, understanding, and commitment across the organisation
  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders and act as a trusted advisor on change strategy
  • Provide governance oversight, including risk management and mitigation planning
  • Deliver high-quality change plans, updates, milestones, risks, and impact assessments
  • Build capability across the business by developing and supporting Change and Engagement Champions
  • Ensure Compass Group’s culture and values are embedded into all change initiatives
About You
  • Proven experience leading large-scale, enterprise-wide change initiatives within complex organisations
  • Strong expertise in change management methodologies (Prosci / ADKAR / Agile Change preferred)
  • Demonstrated success driving adoption of new systems, technologies, and processes
  • Confident influencing senior stakeholders and engaging teams at all levels
  • Excellent communication skills, able to clearly articulate complex change to diverse audiences
  • Strong organisational and programme management capability, managing multiple priorities effectively
  • High emotional intelligence, resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working in ambiguity
