The Role

We’re looking for a Junior Data Insight Analyst to join our E15 Data Insights team. This role is ideal for someone at the start of their analytics career, looking to build strong technical foundations, develop business understanding, and gain hands-on experience working with real datasets and stakeholders.

You’ll support the delivery of accurate reporting and insight, working alongside more experienced analysts while developing your skills in data preparation, analysis and visualisation.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Preparing and cleansing data for analysis
• Supporting the production of reports and dashboards
• Delivering accurate, scheduled reporting
• Carrying out basic descriptive analysis to identify trends and anomalies
• Learning and using tools such as SQL, Excel, Power BI and Databricks
• Supporting insight projects and stakeholder requests
• Following data governance, documentation and quality standards

What We’re Looking For

• Basic knowledge of SQL, Excel and Power BI
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Curiosity and interest in understanding data and the stories behind it
• Clear communicator who’s comfortable asking questions
• Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn and develop

Previous commercial analytics experience isn’t essential — we’re looking for potential, attitude and a growth mindset.
