At Complii, we are on the lookout for a Data Migration Analyst to play a key role in supporting the onboarding of newly acquired businesses into our core systems. This role focuses on delivering accurate and efficient data migrations, ensuring systems and data are aligned to support the continued growth and integration of our business.

If you enjoy working hands-on with data, solving complex data challenges, and ensuring information is clean, structured, and ready for use in live environments, this is a role where your impact will be felt quickly and meaningfully.

You will play a critical role in bringing businesses onto our core platforms, ensuring data is accurately migrated, validated, and aligned with our systems. From day one, the priority is executing migrations effectively, supporting business integration, and ensuring a stable and reliable data foundation that enables the organisation to scale with confidence.

What you receive for joining us

We believe in rewarding expertise and accountability, which is why we offer a salary of £40,000 - £50,000. Here is a look at some of the things you will be doing

  • Leading and executing data migration activities for newly acquired businesses, ensuring accuracy and completeness across all datasets
  • Extracting data from legacy systems, cleansing and transforming it, and preparing it for migration into SimPro and connected platforms
  • Performing data mapping between source and target systems, ensuring consistency and alignment with business processes
  • Using Excel and other tools to manipulate, validate, and reconcile large datasets, identifying and resolving any data quality issues

Can you show experience in some of these areas

  • Proven experience in data migration, data onboarding, or system implementation projects within business-critical environments
  • Strong Excel skills, including handling large datasets, data cleansing, and use of formulas and lookups
  • Solid understanding of data structures, mapping, and transformation across systems such as ERP, CRM, or field service platforms
  • A hands-on, detail-oriented, and delivery-focused approach, with the ability to work in live environments where accuracy is critical
