The Opportunity

Join the technology team at a prestigious global law firm operating from over 40 locations worldwide. As an AV Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of delivering cutting-edge audiovisual solutions that enable world-class legal services.

What You'll Do

• Provide expert AV support for high-profile meetings, conferences and events
• Manage video conferencing systems (Webex, Cisco), sound systems, projectors and collaboration tools
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure seamless operation of AV infrastructure
• Train colleagues on effective use of audiovisual technology
• Manage AV inventory and recommend infrastructure improvements

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years' experience in a similar AV specialist role
• Strong knowledge of meeting tools such as Webex, Jabber, and Cisco systems
• Experience with Control Systems, DSPs, Audio Distribution, and Cisco Codecs
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, client-focused environment

Please Note: This is a full-time, five-day-per-week onsite role based in our London office, with standard working hours of 8:30am – 8:00pm. You will be working the following rotating shift patterns:

8:30am-5pm

9am-6pm

10am-6:30pm

12pm-8pm (shift allowance for this shift)
