Automation Application (RPA) Developer

• Rate: £415/day (via Umbrella)
• Contract Length: Initial 6 months
• Location: 3 days per week onsite in Canary Wharf (Non-negotiable)

About the Role and Client
A leading financial services company is looking for an experienced Automation Application (RPA) Developer to join their team and work closely with their RPA Business Analyst to execute RPA initiatives by evaluating and designing process workflows including building, testing and implementing RPA solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Working closely with RPA Business Analyst to execute RPA initiatives by evaluating and designing process workflows including building, testing and implementing RPA solutions
• Creating and maintaining throughout the project life cycle, the Solution Design Document (SDD) including detailed RPA solution process flows, processes and technical specifications
• Signing off the SDD for final deployment
• Assisting the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and the Programme Manager in the construction of Business Cases and utilising opportunities for identification efforts to support the further adoption of RPA solutions throughout the organisation
• Working with the SME and Programme Manager to ensure that all project documents are maintained and that knowledge is transferred to clients throughout the engagement

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience in C# .NET & SQL development
• Good experience of Windows application development
• Extensive experience with UiPath RPA technologies (Must have used this to create at least 20 processes of varying degrees of complexity)
• Leading experience in RPA Solution Design
• Strong experience in Unattended robot development
• Experience in RPA using Citrix Platforms
• Experience in UiPath using Standalone as well as Cloud setup
• Experience in using Orchestrator (eg, publishing, creating assets, triggers, queues etc)
• Develop Proof-Of-Concept for new applications or technology

Desirable Skills

• Financial services experience.
• WPF development skills.
• Experience in API Automation
• Experience and knowledge of Agile/DevOps/Jira
