What You’ll Be Doing - Delivering Second Line
- floor support across PCs, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and meeting room tech.
- Managing user accounts (AD, Duo, MS Authenticator, McAfee) and ensuring new starters are fully set up for success.
- Supporting video conferences, meeting rooms and AV equipment, making sure everything runs without a hitch.
- Assisting with office moves, equipment setup, and maintaining accurate asset inventories.
- Updating knowledge bases, creating documentation, and contributing to technical improvements and project work.
What We’re Looking For - 2+ years’ experience in Desktop / Deskside / 2nd Line Support.
- Strong troubleshooting across Windows, MS Office, Citrix, Duo, Outlook, and general hardware.
- Experience with AD, LDAP, networking basics (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS).
- Excellent communication, customer service, and organisational skills.
- Someone curious, adaptable, and eager to learn—ITIL certification a bonus.
