- Define and deliver the product vision, roadmap, and prioritised backlogs for a portfolio of business-line applications and platforms
- Establish and manage a structured Product Ownership lifecycle and governance process
- Lead the assessment, onboarding, and integration of systems from acquired businesses, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards
- Gather and prioritise stakeholder requirements, translating them into actionable technical deliverables
- Drive ongoing optimisation, automation, and performance enhancements based on user feedback and metrics
- Communicate progress, risks, and opportunities clearly to leadership and cross-functional teams
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role managing enterprise or business-line applications
- Strong track record in product lifecycle management, backlog refinement, and prioritisation
- Hands-on experience with system onboarding and integration, ideally in merger & acquisition contexts
- Solid knowledge of enterprise architecture, security, governance, and compliance considerations
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across technical and business audiences
- Ability to analyse requirements and bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions
- Experience driving process improvement and workflow automation
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a complex, cross-functional environment
