An established IT Security Consultancy is seeking an experienced Security Architect to join its growing cyber security practice. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse client base across public and private sector environments, helping organisations design, implement and maintain secure technology architectures that meet business, regulatory and security requirements.

An established IT Security Consultancy is seeking an experienced Security Architect to join its growing cyber security practice. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse client base across public and private sector environments, helping organisations design, implement and maintain secure technology architectures that meet business, regulatory and security requirements.
The Role
- Develop and implement cyber security and architecture patterns.
- Translate client requirements into secure, technology-based solutions.
- Provide expert advice on technical and operational security controls.
- Lead complex cyber security solution deployments for new and existing clients.
- Produce and own High-Level Design (HLD) documentation.
- Contribute to security architecture governance, technical design reviews and security standards development.
- Support project delivery plans, risks, issues and strategic security initiatives.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and guide secure solution design.
- Strong understanding of security architecture principles, secure operations and industry best practices.
- Excellent written, verbal and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities and deliver to deadlines.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a Cyber Security Technical Architect or Security Architect role.
- Experience working across commercial, public sector or industrial environments.
- Knowledge of ISO 27001, OWASP, TOGAF, MODAF and related security frameworks.
- CISSP
- SABSA Chartered Security Architect
- CREST Registered Technical Security Architect
- NCSC CCP Cyber Security/IA Architect
- Candidates must hold current SC Clearance or be willing and eligible to undergo the UK Government security clearance process.
