What You'll Be Doing

Leadership & Mentorship

• Act as deputy to the IT Systems Team Lead, gaining valuable leadership experience
• Provide technical escalation support and guidance to second-line engineers
• Drive best practices and knowledge sharing across the team

Innovation & Projects

• Spearhead cloud migration projects using Azure and hybrid architectures
• Implement automation solutions that eliminate manual processes
• Design and deploy next-generation infrastructure solutions
• Lead virtualization optimization using VMware and NSX technologies

Technical Excellence

• Architect robust Windows and Linux environments
• Optimize endpoint management through Intune and SCCM
• Enhance network security with advanced firewall configurations
• Develop powerful automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, and Ansible
