Summary:
Strategic technical advisor bridging technology vision and customer business needs. Combines deep M365/Modern Workplace expertise with business acumen to drive service innovation and market growth. Focuses on Co-Pilot and AVD technologies while leading technical teams and go-to-market strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design and development lifecycle for new service propositions with CTO and practice forums
- Monitor M365 market trends (Co-Pilot, AVD) to drive product creation and maintain quality standards
- Design Modern Workplace solutions and services to support strategic proposition development
- Act as a trusted technical advisor, providing strategic guidance on technology adoption and architecture
- Engage with C-level executives to align customer needs with company capabilities
- Conduct executive briefings, presentations, and workshops on technology trends
- Collaborate with sales teams on technical discussions, solution validation, and deal closure
- Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations for pre-sales activities
- Develop business cases, proof-of-concepts, and technical roadmaps aligned to customer strategies
- Foster relationships with technology partners and drive joint go-to-market initiatives
- Lead and manage consultant teams in line with practice vision
- Advocate for the company's technology vision and demonstrate M365/Co-Pilot/AVD expertise
Qualifications and Requirements :
- 10+ years in technical leadership roles (CTO, Principal Architect, Solutions Architect)
- Recent experience as a Service development manager in an IT consulting firm
- Strong expertise in M365, Co-Pilot, AI, Virtual Desktop, and Modern Workplace Technology
- Experience in customer-facing roles, including pre-sales, consulting, or business development
- Deep understanding of enterprise IT environments, architectures, and business transformation
- Proven ability to engage with senior executives and technical decision-makers
- Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills
- Leadership and management experience with technical teams
- Solution design and implementation experience for products and services
- Service design and technical governance skills
- Senior management level consulting abilities and workshop facilitation expertise
