A fast-growing, venture-backed SaaS company in the transportation tech space is seeking a customer-obsessed, results-driven Product Manager to lead one of its most widely used web applications. You'll be at the heart of a product that powers critical operations for businesses ranging from small fleets to global enterprises. You'll own the full product lifecycle-from discovery to delivery-and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the product delivers real value, fast.

What You'll Do

  • Champion the customer: Deeply understand user needs, pain points, and workflows to drive product decisions that improve onboarding, adoption, and satisfaction.
  • Drive product strategy: Collaborate with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver features that solve real problems and differentiate the product.
  • Own the roadmap: Lead discovery, ideation, testing, launch, and iteration-ensuring milestones are met and outcomes are measured.
  • Lead go-to-market efforts: Develop and execute GTM strategies for new features and updates.
  • Be the voice of the user: Gather and synthesize insights to inform prioritization and continuous improvement.
  • Communicate with clarity: Align stakeholders with a clear product vision, progress updates, and measurable outcomes.
  • Continuously improve: Optimize product operations and foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and shared ownership.

What You Bring

  • 3-5 years in product management or related roles, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies (SQL, REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, OAuth).
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver high-impact features.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • A passion for customer success, product excellence, and continuous learning.
  • Experience with product analytics and data-informed decision-making.
  • Familiarity with technical integrations (e.g., APIs, SAML, SSO, ETL) is a plus.

Bonus Points

  • Experience in fleet, automotive, or transportation software.
  • Exposure to vertical SaaS or enterprise-scale product environments.
  • Background in Computer Science, Business, Design, or equivalent practical experience.
