What You'll Be Doing
- Champion the Customer: Understand user needs and pain points to drive adoption and satisfaction.
- Shape Strategy: Collaborate across engineering, design, and GTM teams to build features that matter.
- Own the Roadmap: Lead discovery, testing, launch, and iteration with a focus on measurable outcomes.
- Drive GTM Success: Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new features and updates.
- Be the Voice of the User: Use insights and data to inform decisions and prioritise effectively.
- Communicate with Clarity: Align stakeholders with a compelling product vision and progress updates.
- Optimise & Evolve: Continuously improve product operations and foster a culture of shared ownership.
What You Bring
- 3-5 years in product management (ideally B2B SaaS).
- Strong grasp of web technologies (SQL, REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, OAuth).
- Proven success leading cross-functional teams and shipping impactful features.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for customer success and product excellence.
- Experience with product analytics and data-informed decision-making.
- Bonus: Familiarity with APIs, SAML, SSO, ETL integrations.
Extra Credit For
- Experience in fleet, automotive, or transportation software.
- Exposure to vertical SaaS or enterprise-scale products.
- Background in Computer Science, Business, Design, or equivalent experience.
