What You'll Be Doing

  • Use AI tools and data analysis to uncover insights, optimise features, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Define and maintain product roadmaps aligned with strategic goals.
  • Champion the voice of the customer, using user research and feedback to guide development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams-developers, designers, QA, and marketing-to deliver high-impact solutions.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years in Business Analysis or Product Ownership, ideally in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Experience applying AI or machine learning in a commercial or product context.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, SQL, or BI platforms.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Certifications such as CBAP, CSPO, or equivalent are a plus.
