Join a high-performing consultancy delivering cutting-edge solutions to government clients. As Test Lead, you'll take full ownership of the testing strategy for a major IT Service Management (ITSM) programme, guiding a team of 7-17 engineers through complex integration and end-to-end testing.

This is a leadership role with real impact - where your decisions shape delivery, quality, and innovation across a high-profile government programme.

What You'll Be Leading

Define and deliver the Test Strategy and governance across the programme

Lead integration, E2E, and API testing for new and evolving capabilities

Own test planning, estimation, and reporting to ensure delivery confidence

Provide client-side assurance of third-party supplier testing

Collaborate with business and process owners to maximise test coverage

Manage defect triage, risk, and monthly service reporting

Mentor and guide a team of deployed test engineers

Identify opportunities for test automation and continuous improvement

What You Bring

Proven experience leading testing in complex environments

Strong background in manual testing, with exposure to automation

Deep understanding of ITSM, ITIL, and ServiceNow

Confident in stakeholder engagement and team leadership

Eligible for SC Clearance (British Citizen, UK resident 5+ years)
