About the RoleAs a Ticketing Delivery Manager, you will be at the forefront of initiatives focused on enhancing ticketing processes and app functionalities. You will collaborate across multiple teams and modes, driving operational efficiencies and delivering key deliverables for improved customer experience.
Contract length: 6 months
Working pattern: Hybrid, 2-3 days on site
Rate: £500 a day
IR35: Outside
Key Responsibilities- Confirming the scope of app changes, retail channels, and ticketing deliverables.
- Planning and reviewing the implementation of a new ticket acceptance process across various modes.
- Ensuring the successful delivery of the new ticket acceptance process and managing a seamless handover to the operations team with effective monitoring.
- Driving the delivery of the first phase of app enhancements - through close working with APP roadmap DM
- Monitor progress, risks, mitigations
