IT Assurance coordinator
Location : Edinburgh or Bristol, Hybrid. In this position, you’ll be based in the Edinburgh or Bristol office for a minimum of three days a week, with the flexibility to work from home for some of your working week. A role you will love As an IT Assurance Co-Ordinator your role will be support the IT Assurance & Compliance function by developing and maintaining the governance library, ensuring that documentation is current, well organised, and compliant with both internal standards, regulations, as well as various external audit frameworks, and industry best practice. Facilitate communication within IT Assurance & Compliance What will you bring to the role We’re looking for an enthusiastic, driven and dedicated professional, someone who can communicate effectively and self-motivated. As an IT Assurance Co-ordinator, you will have meticulous attention to detail, and excellent time management skills. You will have strong and effective communicator, someone who can demonstrate Computershare’s commitment to providing great customer service and protecting our systems and data. You will need to have the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. Some other key skills that you’ll have: Strong organisational skills.
Ability to manage and coordinate multiple priorities and tasks.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills
