Internal Sales Executive

You’ll manage and grow an account base of engineering clients, working closely with technical and commercial colleagues to keep deals moving and value high. The role will suit you if you… * Have experience growing revenue across accounts (not just maintaining them) * Are commercially sharp with a basic understanding of engineering * Enjoy building long-term client relationships and chasing new opportunities * Like structure but move quickly, think practically, and don’t overanalyze * Are based around Manchester and happy to work from the office a few days a week Bonus if you’ve worked in manufacturing, digital platforms, or are confident using a CRM. What you’ll be doing * Hitting monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets * Growing revenue across your assigned accounts * Identifying new opportunities within accounts * Acting as the link between clients and the internal engineering team * Building strong, long-term client relationships (including site visits where needed) * Maintaining a high volume of communication with accounts * Ensuring excellent customer service at all times * Keeping CRM and internal platforms accurate and up to date * Creating tailored growth strategies for accounts * Managing pricing, payment terms, and dispute resolution * Offering flexible payment plans where needed * Making smart pricing decisions to maximise conversion * Working closely with engineering and operations for smooth order execution * Supporting teammates where needed — success is shared * Understanding customer buying patterns * Promoting upsells and cross-sells where valuable * Becoming an expert on the platform’s services and communicating that value effectively What’s on offer Competitive salary + commission Equity options 25 days holiday + bank holidays Flexible benefits platform Healthcare reimbursement scheme Pension scheme (3% employer contribution) Regular team events & socials Central Manchester office with subsidised parking Cycle to Work scheme International team & modern tooling Location: Manchester (hybrid, 2–3 days in office per week)
