Recruitment Consultant - German Speaking
We are seeking a driven and ambitious Associate Consultant to join our team. This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions across the full recruitment lifecycle.
The successful candidate will be responsible for both account management and recruitment delivery, building strong relationships with clients and candidates while driving revenue growth and achieving individual performance targets.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with recruitment or sales experience or is looking to gain either of these and who is looking to build a successful career within a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Management
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through proactive business development activities including cold calling, networking, referrals, social media, and market mapping.
• Conduct client meetings to understand hiring needs, organisational structures, and workforce challenges.
• Negotiate terms of business and recruitment fees.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to vacancy acquisition and placement.
• Build and maintain an active pipeline of prospective and existing clients.
• Prepare and present recruitment proposals and service solutions.
• Consistently achieve individual revenue and activity targets.
Recruitment Delivery
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to placement.
• Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates using a variety of recruitment methods.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines within designated market sectors.
• Provide consultative advice and market insight to both clients and candidates.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, offer management, and onboarding activities.
• Conduct reference checks and ensure candidate compliance requirements are met.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate records and activity tracking within the CRM/ATS system.
Relationship Management
• Develop long-term relationships with clients, candidates, and industry contacts.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and candidates.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business and account growth.
• Generate referrals and market intelligence through ongoing networking activity.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maximise delivery capability and business success.
