This is a sales-led position, where you’ll:
• Own and grow your tech vertical (we’re open on specialism and geography)
• Build long-term client relationships across your market
• Drive your own pipeline, revenue, and commercial strategy
• Focus on bringing in roles and expanding accounts
• Operate with urgency and take real accountability for results
You won’t be stretched across everything — we have a dedicated delivery team to support fulfilment, so you can stay focused on building your market.

• Proven experience billing within a tech recruitment market
• Someone who can bring or build a vertical.
• Strong business development and client ownership mindset
• High levels of accountability — you own your numbers
• Natural urgency and pace in how you work
• A consistent sales focus — this is not a delivery-heavy role
