Telco Cloud Support Engineer - Remote - Inside IR35

Telco Cloud Support Engineer (3-4 years of experience)

Work setting: Remote

Client sector: Telecoms

Daily rate: £200-£225 / day

Contract Length: Initial contract until end of 2025 + extensions afterwards

Type of contract: Inside IR35, full-time

Very occasional visits to London/Reading possible.

Requirements (must-haves in bold):

• Hands-on experience with Helm, Kubernetes, and container orchestration tools.
• Linux, networking, and cloud environments (vSphere, OpenStack, AWS, etc.).
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Ansible.
• English (to be able to interact with the customer).
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices .
• Knowledge of SDN/NFV architectures and network automation.
• Good to have Experience/Knowledge with Open-Source MANO (OSM) or similar NFV orchestration frameworks.
