IT Field Service Engineer

Are you an electro-mechanical service engineer with good IT skills?

Good with customers and working to deadlines?

We are currently seeking a full-time Field Service Engineer in the Tunbridge Wells area to repair and calibrate our extensive range of Retail IT products including self checkout tills, weighing scales, printers and hand scanners, within a number of leading supermarket retailers.

We are looking for field engineers with an electro-mechanical background, such as Vending, Coffee, ATM, EPOS, Photocopiers or printers, Medical Equipment etc. to cross train on their full range of products

Job Details:

• Repair, install and maintain a wide range of equipment that is typically found on a food counter in a supermarket

Requirements of the role:

• Experience in an electro-mechanical field engineering role
• Understanding of IT
• Strong electro-mechanical skills
• Willing to learn
• Ability to establish and maintain good customer relationships
• Full UK driving licence

Working Hours:

• A 5 week rota which includes:
• 2 in 5 Saturdays
• 2 in 5 Sundays
• 8 am - 6 pm (4 weeks)
  9 am - 7 pm (1 week)
  
• Days are given off in lieu for weekend working
