Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Engage with key decision-makers, including C-level executives, IT managers, and procurement teams, to drive sales.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and exceptional client experiences.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed gross margin and KPI targets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and the company’s service offerings to deliver compelling solutions to clients.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role with a track record of surpassing targets.
  • Background in IT Distribution preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A passion for technology and the ability to understand and convey complex solutions.
  • Knowledge of cloud services and their advantages for businesses is a bonus.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and solution-focused with a tenacious approach to challenges.
