Lead Development Executive
We’re looking for someone who is confident on the phone and enjoys speaking with people in a business setting for our client who are on a huge growth trajectory within the building automation and smart home space!
As a Lead Development Executive, your job is to speak with potential B2B customers, understand what they need, and move the conversation forward to a clear next step. This could be booking a meeting, passing them to the next stage, or helping them understand if the solution is right for them.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Speaking to inbound and outbound leads over the phone
- Asking questions to understand what the customer needs
- Identifying whether there’s a good fit
- Moving conversations towards a clear next step
- Keeping records up to date in the CRM system
- Following up with leads where needed
- Working closely with your manager to improve results
What We’re Looking For
- Confident speaking on the phone
- Experience in sales, lead generation, or telesales
- Good communication and listening skills
- Organised and able to manage your own workload
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Motivated and willing to learn
Useful (but not essential)
- B2B sales experience
- Experience in a phone-based role
- CRM system experience
- Interest in technology or construction
