IT Support Analyst - Global Law firm

33-35k + Bens - Leeds - Office based role.

Global law firm have a fantastic opportunity for an IT support specialist to  perform a Deskside support role within this successful team. 

To be successful in this role, you will have at least 3 years' experience in PC helpdesk and support or an equivalent combination of education and experience. You'll also have experience with mobile devices, remote access tools and web conferencing systems

Supporting Windows 10  and core application suite, including the Microsoft Suite and the various firm's applications.

Good knowledge of Remote Computing, including Zoom, WebEx, Teams.

Good PC troubleshooting skills and assist other team members in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues.
