The Role We're hiring a Delivery Consultant to support our growing SAP permanent division across Europe and the USA.This is a candidate-focused role where you'll partner with the internal sales teams to deliver high-quality SAP talent into global transformation programs.Key Responsibilities

• Source, engage and manage high-quality SAP candidates across EU & US markets
• Own the full delivery lifecycle: sourcing, screening, shortlisting and offer management
• Build strong candidate relationships and talent pipelines
• Work closely with Business Development Consultants to fulfil client requirements
• Provide market insight on talent availability, salaries, and hiring trends
• Deliver an exceptional candidate and client experience

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year recruitment experience (Tech market experience is a plus)
• Experience working across international markets is preferred
• Strong candidate management and delivery focus
• Proactive, organised and resilient mindset
• Excellent communication skills
