Manufacturing Operations Product Owner
Location: London (Hybrid - approximately 10 onsite days per month)Salary: Circa £85,000 + 15% Bonus + Car Allowance + Full Benefits Type: Permanent
We are currently supporting a leading global organisation as they continue to invest in the digital transformation of their manufacturing operations landscape.
They are looking to appoint a Manufacturing Operations Product Owner to take ownership of core shopfloor technologies and drive the future roadmap across manufacturing systems and operational platforms.

The RoleYou will own and evolve key manufacturing technology products, ensuring platforms effectively support business operations and future growth plans. Working closely with stakeholders across manufacturing, operations, engineering, and technology teams, you will help define priorities and drive meaningful improvements.
Key Responsibilities- Own and manage core manufacturing technology products and applications
- Define and drive product roadmaps and continuous improvement initiatives
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational requirements and priorities
- Identify opportunities to optimise manufacturing systems and processes
- Support enhancement initiatives and future digital transformation projects
- Balance business needs, technology capabilities, and long-term product strategy
Experience across one or more of the following would be beneficial:
- Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
- Maintenance Management / CMMS platforms
- Manufacturing operations and shopfloor systems
- Production systems and operational technologies
- Previous experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Manufacturing Systems Lead, or Operations Technology Lead
- Experience within manufacturing or industrial environments
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and operational technologies
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience owning roadmaps, prioritisation, and product improvements
- Comfortable operating within fast-paced and evolving environments
