SAP OCM Consultant

SAP OCM Consultant - S/4HANA Greenfield | Pharma/Healthcare | London Hybrid | 12-Month Contract

We're seeking an experienced SAP OCM Consultant to join a major multi-country SAP S/4HANA greenfield implementation across Europe within the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, and Life Sciences sector.

Location: London (1-2 days/week on site)
Duration: 12 months (strong extension potential)
Engagement: Outside IR35 (contract)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead organisational change management strategy and execution across multiple European entities.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, training, and communications to support SAP S/4HANA adoption.
• Collaborate with global and local teams to ensure smooth business transformation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an SAP OCM Consultant on large-scale S/4HANA programmes.
• Strong background in Pharma, Health care, or Life Sciences environments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and training delivery skills.
• Willingness to be on site in London 1-2 days per week.
