SAP S/4HANA Retail Team Lead

Location: London (Hybrid)Start Date: Beginning of November Duration: 12 months initially Engagement: Contract

We're working with a leading retail organisation embarking on a large SAP S/4HANA Retail transformation programme, and we're searching for an experienced Team Lead to join the delivery team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a high-impact programme from the outset, taking ownership of team leadership and delivery across key functional areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate a team of SAP Retail consultants across relevant workstreams

• Act as the escalation point for functional and delivery queries

• Ensure deliverables meet agreed timelines and quality standards

• Support solution design discussions and provide subject matter expertise

Experience Required:

• Proven experience leading teams on SAP Retail or S/4HANA Retail programmes

• Strong functional knowledge of Retail processes

• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills

• Previous experience in large-scale transformation environments
