The position:
We're looking to scale adoption of our payment technology in the travel industry and beyond, to ultimately drive exponential revenue. You'll have the opportunity to drive new platform initiatives from inception through to execution. The successful candidate will lead a product management team to deliver the best-in-class payments platform, drive innovation across an established product portfolio, and work with global payment and travel brands.
The responsibilities include:
- Building and managing a high-performance product management team focused on delivery of products and services to maintain our competitive advantage.
- Working closely with the CPO, Director of Software Engineering, CISO and other key stakeholders to define, deliver and communicate Conferma's product strategy.
- Curate and manage the platform roadmap, which aligns to business strategy, delivers product market fit, underpinned by a strong value proposition.
- Oversee the management of each products P&L performance, to measure PMF and ROI.
- Identifying and building smart product partnerships to drive customer value to the platform.
What you'll have:
- Experience as a highly competent product manager for online B2B products and services, ideally at the intersection of payments and travel industries.
- A technical background to support product development with a strong understanding of the SDLC.
- A fantastic communicator, both written and verbal, that can evangelise our products and services to both internal and external audiences.
- The ability to collaborate and influence with product marketing and commercial teams to develop product positioning.
- Experience in collaborating and influencing with external customers to drive roadmap enhancements.
- A keen eye for data driven decisioning and result orientated.
- A passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
