SEO Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive, you are the first human connection our leads experience. These are small business owners actively seeking SEO help—no cold calling involved.

Your goal isn’t to "pitch"; it’s to consult. You’ll lead daily discovery calls, dive deep into business goals, and bridge the gap between their current pain points and our flagship SEO solutions. We want an adaptable closer who leads with empathy and builds genuine rapport.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Discovery: Conduct daily video consultations with inbound leads (Google Meet).
  • Consultative Selling: Ask "the second and third question" to uncover true business drivers and pain points.
  • Value Translation: Translate complex SEO concepts into simple, profit-focused outcomes for the client.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage your own funnel, including diligent follow-ups and CRM hygiene.
  • Seamless Onboarding: Capture detailed insights during the sale to ensure a "gold-standard" handoff to our fulfillment team.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 1–3 years in a sales or account management role (Marketing/SaaS experience is a major plus).
  • Communication: You are a "high-EQ" communicator who listens more than you talk.
  • Adaptability: You can mirror a lead’s energy and pivot your approach based on their unique personality and industry.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable managing video calls and CRM workflows.
  • The "UK-US" Bridge: You must be based in the UK but available to work 1pm – 9pm GMT to align with our US-based clientele.

  • A fundamental understanding of SEO, content marketing, or digital growth.
