Territory Sales Manager
A fast-growing global cybersecurity SaaS company is seeking a UK&I Territory Sales Manager to join its expanding go-to-market team.

Our ideal candidate is confident engaging with CISO-level stakeholders and security leaders, while also being comfortable in technical discussions with security engineers and architects.

Our ideal candidate is an experienced sales professional with demonstrated success in the cybersecurity market. As the owner of the territory, you will be responsible for building the sales strategy, executing the business plan, developing partner relationships, and prospecting into new accounts.
This is a unique opportunity to take full ownership of a large and strategic region, operating remotely while working closely with a global team (company headquarters are not based in the UK).

Responsibilities
- Ownership for sales targets in the defined territory
- Execution of all aspects of the sales motion including planning, performance tracking, and forecasting
- Full-cycle sales: from initial discovery calls, POCs, through onboarding and renewals in collaboration with customer success
- Lead development ownership: ensuring timely follow-ups and effective qualification processes
- Build and grow partner relationships across the region
Qualifications
- Cybersecurity experience is a plus
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience selling SaaS solutions in the UK&I market, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding quota
- Based in the UK or Ireland
- Proven ability to build and execute a go-to-market strategy and sales plan
- Track record of creating new opportunities and building market presence
- Strong experience managing full sales cycles end-to-end
- Highly independent and self-driven, with the ability to operate remotely and take full ownership of the territory
- Strong team player with experience working with business development, customer success, pre-sales engineering, and marketing
