Reporting directly to the Group Talent Director, the Group HRIS Manager will play a critical role in leading HR transformation across the organisation, with full ownership of HR systems and people data platforms.

Overview

This role is accountable for driving the end-to-end transformation, implementation and optimisation of the HRIS environment, ensuring systems are robust, scalable and aligned to business and people strategy. The position also supports the broader HR agenda through strong data governance, reporting, and the effective delivery of key annual cycles such as salary reviews and bonus processes.

Role Responsibilities

As a Group HRIS Manager, you will be responsible for:

HRIS Strategy, Transformation & Governance

  • Leading the end-to-end HRIS transformation programme, including system selection, implementation and organisational change management
  • Owning and managing the HR systems landscape, ensuring performance, scalability and continuous improvement
  • Driving standardisation and optimisation of HR processes through systems across multiple geographies
  • Ensuring the integrity, accuracy and governance of people data across all markets
  • Developing and delivering HR analytics, dashboards and KPI reporting to support strategic decision-making
  • Ensuring compliance with GDPR and all data protection requirements across HR systems and processes
  • Acting as a key advisor to the HR leadership team on HR systems strategy, capability and roadmap

Compensation Cycle Management & Salary Review Governance

  • Leading the planning and execution of annual salary review and bonus cycles from a systems and data perspective
  • Coordinating pay and bonus processes, including timelines, validation, governance and approvals
  • Partnering with Finance on headcount planning and salary budget modelling
  • Providing data-driven insights to support compensation decision-making

Requirements for the Role

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A degree or equivalent professional qualification in Human Resources (CIPD Level 5 or equivalent preferred)
  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience within HR, with a strong focus on HR systems and transformation
  • Proven experience delivering HRIS implementation or transformation programmes end-to-end
  • Strong project management and change management expertise
  • Experience operating at a senior level within a complex, international organisation
  • Demonstrated experience managing and developing teams
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership across geographies
  • Experience working in international or emerging markets environments
  • Strong analytical capability with experience in HR data, reporting and insights
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous
