Connect AI is partnering with a scaling HealthTech B2B SaaS company transforming how primary care is delivered across the UK.

Their platform supports hundreds of healthcare providers and millions of patients — enabling proactive, preventative care at scale. As they continue to grow, they're hiring both a Senior Software Engineer and a Fullstack Engineer to help scale a mission-critical SaaS platform used in real clinical environments.

This role is ideal for engineers who've built and scaled B2B SaaS products — particularly in HealthTech, healthcare, or regulated industries.

The Opportunity

You'll join a cross-functional product squad building and scaling a complex B2B SaaS platform used by healthcare professionals daily.

This isn't a feature-factory role. You'll:

• Own technical delivery across a live HealthTech SaaS product
• Build scalable systems used by healthcare providers
• Collaborate closely with Product and Design in a product-led environment
• Balance speed, quality, and technical debt in a growing SaaS business
• For Senior level: mentor engineers and raise engineering standards

Experience working in HealthTech or regulated B2B SaaS environments will be highly valued.

Tech Stack

• Python (backend services)
• TypeScript
• React
• AWS
• CI/CD and modern DevOps practices

Experience building and maintaining production systems in a B2B SaaS architecture is essential.

What We're Looking For

• Strong fullstack engineering experience (Python + React/TypeScript)
• Proven experience working in B2B SaaS environments
• Ideally exposure to HealthTech, digital health, or healthcare systems
• Experience building secure, scalable systems in regulated environments
• Product mindset — understanding user workflows and real-world impact
• Comfortable operating in fast-scaling SaaS businesses
