Warehouse Supervisor
Connect Appointments is recruiting a Warehouse Supervisor to join an established IT asset management business based in Redditch.
Our client operates a busy warehouse and operations facility in Redditch, offering a competitive salary, strong holiday entitlement and a clear remit to drive continuous improvement across the operation.

- Full-time permanent position
- Monday to Friday, 42 hours per week
- 28,000 to 32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
- 32 days holiday per year

As a Warehouse Supervisor, your duties will include:
- Supporting the day-to-day running of warehousing, production and distribution operations
- Managing stock control and reconciling inventory with the warehouse management system
- Maintaining health, safety, hygiene and security standards across the facility
- Coaching, motivating and managing operational staff including conducting staff reviews
- Collaborating with warehouse managers to develop actionable plans for loss prevention and productivity
- Supporting warehouse administration and data input as required
To be considered as a Warehouse Supervisor, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 year's experience in a warehouse supervisor or equivalent role
- Sound knowledge of 5S, WMS systems and warehouse administration
- Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
- An IOSH Managing Safely qualification or similar H&S certification is advantageous
