IT Operations Manager

Salary: Up to £45K (depending on relevant skills and experience) plus attractive benefits package (25 days holiday plus 8 days bank holiday increasing with service, Healthcare, Enhanced maternity, hybrid working and more!

Location: Temporarily on-site then hybrid (3 days home / 2 days office)

Main Duties

• Helping define and scale our Professional Services, Managed Services, and Hosting products.
• Working closely with leadership to maintain ISO 27001 standards.
• Acting as a trusted technical point of reference, responding to enterprise-level RFIs, and managing client escalations to ensure high satisfaction.
• Overseeing Managed Service SLAs, hosting product engagements, and Professional Service bookings.

Skills Required

• Proven experience with Microsoft 365 management.
• Familiarity with meeting ISO 27001 compliance requirements.
• The ability to stay calm under pressure and manage complex client expectations.
• Excellent written skills for technical articles and client-facing documentation.

Desirable Skills:

• Knowledge of Microsoft/Linux servers and network infrastructure (NAT/Firewalls).
• Experience with data transfer protocols (SFTP, HTTPS, AS2).
