The Opportunity

We're seeking a passionate and experienced Knowledge Management Team Lead to spearhead the development and ongoing success of our knowledge platform. In this leadership role, you'll play a pivotal role in fostering efficient knowledge sharing and documentation across our organization and with valued clients.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the management, curation, and continuous improvement of our knowledge platform, ensuring accessibility, relevance, and user-friendliness.
  • Champion best practices for creating, sharing, and updating internal and external documentation.
  • Oversee the creation, review, and update of software product documentation, collaborating with stakeholders across the company.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive knowledge roadmap, ensuring both new and existing features are well-documented.
  • Manage the deployment, maintenance, and support of Learning Management Systems (LMS), training staff on efficient usage.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the Knowledge Management team, setting objectives, managing performance, and fostering collaboration.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality training sessions aligned with company standards.
  • Continuously research and implement the latest knowledge management trends and best practices.

You're the Ideal Candidate if You Have

  • 4-6 years of experience in Knowledge Management with leadership responsibilities
  • Proven xperience in creating Software Documentation guides
  • A strong track record of training delivery and content creation
  • The ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • The ability to work remotely and manage a geographically dispersed team
