Role
- Take full responsibility for the long-term success of enterprise customers post sale, focusing on renewals and account growth.
- Oversee onboarding and implementations and coordinating timelines and ensuring strong alignment between internal teams and customer stakeholders.
- Drive higher engagement by conducting consistent check-ins, leading business reviews, and maintaining a deep understanding of how customers are using the platform.
- Build trusted advisor relationships by clearly demonstrating value and ROI, providing strategic recommendations, and proactively supporting customer goals.
- Partner with Implementation and Product teams to build insights that enhance the product experience and overall customer journey.
- Serve as the internal champion for customers by elevating their feedback, needs, and opportunities for improvement.
Ideal candidate
- You have a minimum of 12+ months experience in a CSM / AM role at a SaaS company.
- Experience of managing enterprise projects.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced start-up environment.
- Based in London and are happy to work in a hybrid model.
- Have an interest or background in science.
