Front-end Product Engineer (Mid 1)

About us:

Connectr Talent Technology is a HR technology business, part of a wider group business – Connectr. The group business has Diversity & Inclusion baked into its DNA and this is at the heart of our mission. We are the SaaS technology of choice for Enterprise businesses – such as British Airways, Lloyds Banking Group, M&S and GSK (to name a few) - that care about diversity and candidate experience.

Our product is focussed on improving candidate experience from recruitment through to onboarding. With an extensive feature set - including real time mentoring, e-learning, events management and job boards - we aim to level the playing field for underrepresented talent, reducing drop-out rates and improving tenure.

Connectr champions an inclusive, respectful, and creative culture for our own people, values which are reflected in our team. We show care and candour in everything we do. We embrace new ideas, take calculated risks, communicate openly and proudly deliver our shared mission. When we are not working remotely, we are based in the Southbank Technopark, alongside other tech start-ups, in the vibrant Elephant and Castle, with its excellent transport links and Mercato Metropolitano food market.
