We’re hiring Intelligence Architects at Conquer AI.

This is not a pure engineering role.

This is not a pure consulting role.

It sits in the middle — and that’s the point.

What you’ll actually do

You’ll take messy, real-world problems from clients and turn them into working AI systems.

That means:

• Running discovery sessions to understand how businesses actually operate
• Translating that into clear technical approaches (LLMs, data, APIs, workflows)
• Designing end-to-end systems — not just components
• Working closely with engineers to build and ship
• Being accountable for delivery, not just ideas

You won’t be handing off slide decks.

You’ll be responsible for systems that actually run.

What we’re building

We design and deploy agentic AI systems into real enterprise workflows.

Typical work includes:

• Document intelligence systems (unstructured data → decisions)
• RAG pipelines and knowledge systems
• AI-driven operational workflows
• Systems that take actions, not just generate outputs

Everything is built for production, inside real environments, with real constraints.

What we’re looking for

You don’t need to tick every box — but if you’re a fit, you’ll recognise yourself here:

• You’ve built real systems, not just features
• You’re comfortable going from:
• problem → architecture → working solution
• You’ve worked with:
• AI / ML / LLMs in a meaningful way
• APIs, data pipelines, integrations
• You can talk to clients and make complex ideas clear
• You take ownership — you don’t wait for perfect specs
• You’re comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments

What this is not

• Not a role where you just integrate APIs
• Not a role where you sit behind Jira tickets
• Not a role where you avoid clients
