Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + benefits

Overview\n

We are seeking an AI Agent Builder to join an internal capability within a growing professional services organisation.

\n

This role focuses on designing and building AI-driven solutions using the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. You will take pre-defined business requirements and translate them into working agents and automations that improve internal processes and efficiency.

\n

This is a hands-on delivery role suited to someone who enjoys building, experimenting and working closely with users to bring ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities\n \n \n

  • Build and deploy AI agents within the Microsoft 365 environment
  • \n

  • Translate prioritised business use cases into functional solutions
  • \n

  • Conduct short requirements discussions with stakeholders to clarify needs
  • \n

  • Develop prototypes and refine solutions through feedback
  • \n

  • Configure integrations across Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • \n

  • Define data inputs, permissions and agent behaviour
  • \n

  • Provide guidance on feasibility and limitations of proposed solutions
  • \n

  • Continuously improve and optimise existing builds

  • Practical knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
  • \n

  • Experience using tools such as Copilot, Power Platform or similar automation technologies
  • \n

  • Ability to build workflows, automations or AI-enabled solutions
  • \n

  • Understanding of data handling within SharePoint, Excel and related tools
  • \n

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a logical, structured approach
