You’ll be responsible for designing, architecting, and building innovative solutions across mobile, web, and tooling, helping to drive financial insights and predictive models while strengthening financial services.Key responsibilities include overseeing the technical development and delivery of products aligned with the company’s vision. You’ll also contribute to shaping the technology roadmap, improving software delivery processes, and influencing the overall tech strategy.What You’ll Need:A track record of taking products to production as a Senior Software EngineerFull-stack development skills with React, TypeScript, Node.js, React Native, and AWSStrong knowledge of domain-driven design, architecture, security, and data management best practicesExperience with AWS Lambda and serverless architectureExperience in FinTech or financial services is a plus, as is a background in other regulated industriesA passion for driving change, making practical decisions, and mentoring teamsLocation: London (Hybrid – 2 days onsite per week)Salary: 75,000 - 85,000Consortia is a specialist recruitment agency, with dedicated consultants in UX, Product, Data, and Engineering.
